16.B
All Clubs must have valid personal accident cover for all Players registered with them from 琀椀me to 琀椀me. The Players’ Personal Accident Insurance cover
must be in place prior to the Club taking part in any Compe琀椀琀椀on Match and shall be at least equal to the minimum recommended cover determined from
琀椀me to 琀椀me by the Sanc琀椀oning Authority. In instances where The FA is the Sanc琀椀oning Authority, the minimum recommended co ver will be the cover
required by the A昀케liated Associa琀椀on to which a Club a昀케liates.
16.C
Failure to comply with Rule 16.A or 16.B will result in a 昀椀ne in accordance with the Fines Tari昀昀.
17. DISSOLUTION
17.A
Dissolu琀椀on of the Compe琀椀琀椀on shall be by resolu琀椀on approved at an SGM by a majority of three quarters (3/4) of the members present and shall take
e昀昀ect from the date of the relevant SGM.
17.B
In the event of the dissolu琀椀on of the Compe琀椀琀椀on, the members of the Management Commi琀琀ee are responsible for the winding u p of the assets and
liabili琀椀es of the Compe琀椀琀椀on.
17.C
The Management Commi琀琀ee shall deal with any surplus assets as follows:
1.
Any surplus assets ( save for a trophy or any other presenta琀椀on), remaining a昀琀er the discharge of the debts and liabili琀椀es of the
Compe琀椀琀椀on shall be transferred only to another Compe琀椀琀椀on or A昀케liated Associa琀椀on or The Football Associa琀椀on Benevolent Fund or
to such other charitable or benevolent object in the locality of the Compe琀椀琀椀on as determined by resolu琀椀on at or before the 琀椀me of
winding up, and approved in wri琀椀ng by the Sanc琀椀oning Authority.
2.
If a Compe琀椀琀椀on is discon琀椀nued for any reason a trophy or any other presenta琀椀on shall be returned to the donor if the cond i琀椀ons
a琀琀ached to it so provide or, if not, dealt with as the Sanc琀椀oning Authority may decide.

18. QUALIFICATION OF PLAYERS
18.A
A Player is one who, being in all other respects eligible, has:
1.
Registered through the FA WGS Player Registra琀椀on System and received approval from the Compe琀椀琀椀on. For any players registered on
the day of the match, their registra琀椀on must be received and approved by 12 Noon on the day of the match for the player to be eligible to play in that
match. If a club a琀琀empts to register a player via the WGS but does not fully and correctly complete the necessary informa琀椀on via the WGS, the
registra琀椀on will not be processed. Clubs must access the WGS in order to complete the registra琀椀on process.
2.
U23 Division: To be eligible to play in the U23 League a player must have reached their 16th birthday and must be under the age of 23 as at
midnight of 31st August of the playing season. Five over age players will be permi琀琀ed to be included on any compe琀椀琀椀on 昀椀xture team sheet.
3.
Male Division U19: To be eligible to play in the U19 League a player must have reached their 16th birthday and must be under the age of
19 as at midnight of 31st August of the playing season. Two over age players will be permi琀琀ed to be included on any compe琀椀琀椀on 昀椀xture team sheet.
Male over age players must be under the age of 20 as at midnight of 31st August of the playing season.
4.
Female Division U21: To be eligible to play in the U21 League a player must have reached their 16th birthday and must be under the age of
21 as at midnight of 31st August of the playing season. Two over age players will be permi琀琀ed to be included on any compe琀椀琀椀on 昀椀xture team sheet.
Female over age players must be under the age of 23 as at midnight of 31st August of the playing season.
5.
In the Male U19 and Female U21 Division, a player must be on an appropriate full-琀椀me educa琀椀on programme with an o昀케cial educa琀椀on
partner of the football club. (there must be a signed agreement between the club and educa琀椀on partner). In the U23 Division a player must be on an
appropriate study programme with the club.
A club may play a maximum of two registered players in any compe琀椀琀椀on match that are not on an educa琀椀on programme.
Failure to comply with this Rule will result in a 昀椀ne in accordance with the Fines Tari昀昀.
18.B
1. Contract players are not permitted in this Competition with the exception of those Players who are registered under Contract with the same Club
who have a team operating at Steps 1 to 6 of the National League System. or Tiers 1-4 of the Women Pyramid System.
2. It is the responsibility of each Club to ensure that any Player registered to the Club has, where necessary, the required International Transfer
Certificate. Clearance is required for any Player aged 10 and over crossing borders including Wales, Scotland and Ireland.
3. Each team must have at least 11 Players registered 2 days before the start of each Playing Season. Failure to comply with this Rule will result in a
fine in accordance with the Fines Tariff.
4. In the event of a Non Contract Player changing their status to that of a Contract Player with the same Club, or with a Club in another Compe琀椀琀椀on
their registra琀椀on as a Non Contract Player will automa琀椀cally be cancelled and declared void unless the Club conforms to the excep琀椀on detailed in Rule
18.B.1.
