18.C
A Player that owes a Football Debt (as de昀椀ned under the Football Debt Recovery Regula琀椀ons) shall be permi琀琀ed to register for a Club but will be
suspended from football ac琀椀vi琀椀es if the Player does not comply with the terms of the Football Debt Recovery Regula琀椀ons in respect of that Football
Debt.
18.D
A fee as set out in the Fees Tari昀昀 shall be paid by each Club/Team for each Player registered. NOT APPLICABLE IN THE NATIONAL FOOTBALL YOUTH
LEAGUE
18.E
The Management Commi琀琀ee shall decide all registra琀椀on disputes.
In the event of a player signing a registration form or having a registration submitted for more than one Club in the Competition the valid registration
submitted first shall take precedence. The Secretary shall notify the Club last applying to register the player of the fact of the previous registration.
18.F
It shall be a breach of Rule for a Player to:
1.
Play for more than one Club in the Compe琀椀琀椀on in the same Playing Season without 昀椀rst being transferred.
2.
Having registered for one Club in the Compe琀椀琀椀on, register for another Club in the Compe琀椀琀椀on in that Playing Season
except for the purpose of a transfer, or where the Compe琀椀琀椀on adopts rule 18.P
3.
Submit a registra琀椀on through the FA WGS Player Registra琀椀on System that the Player had willfully neglected to accurately
or fully complete.
Failure to comply with this Rule will result in a 昀椀ne in accordance with the Fines Tari昀昀.

The Management Commi琀琀ee shall accept the registra琀椀on of any Player subject to the provisions of Rules 18.G.2 and 18.G.3 below.
The Management Commi琀琀ee shall have power to refuse, cancel or suspend the registra琀椀on of any Player or may 昀椀ne any Player, at their
discre琀椀on (in accordance with the Fines Tari昀昀) who has been charged and found guilty of registra琀椀on irregulari琀椀es (subject to Rule 7).

The Management Commi琀琀ee shall have power to make applica琀椀on to refuse or cancel the registra琀椀on of any Player charged and found guilty
of undesirable conduct (subject to Rule 7) subject to the right of appeal to the Sanc琀椀oning Authority. Applica琀椀on should be made to the
parent County of the Club the Player is registered or intending to be registered with.
Undesirable conduct shall mean an incident of repeated proven misconduct, which may deter a Par琀椀cipant from being involved in this Compe琀椀琀椀on.

A Player who has previously had a registra琀椀on removed in accordance with Rule 18.G.3 but has a registra琀椀on accepted at the expiry of
exclusion will be considered to be under a proba琀椀onary period of 12 months. Whilst under a proba琀椀onary period, should the Player commit
a further act of proven misconduct under the jurisdic琀椀on of the Compe琀椀琀椀on, (excluding standard dismissals), the Compe琀椀琀椀on may consider
a further charge of bringing the Compe琀椀琀椀on into disrepute.
(Note: Ac琀椀on under Rule 18.G.3 shall not be taken against a Player for misconduct un琀椀l the ma琀琀er has been dealt with by the Sanc琀椀oning
Authority, and then only in cases of the Player bringing the Compe琀椀琀椀on into disrepute and will in any event be subject to an appeal to the
Sanc琀椀oning Authority or The FA. All decisions must include the period of restric琀椀on. For the purpose of this Rule, bringing the Compe琀椀琀椀on into
disrepute can only be considered where the Player has received in excess of 112 days’ suspension, or 10 matches in match based discipline, in
any compe琀椀琀椀on (and is not restricted to the Compe琀椀琀椀on) in a period of two years or less from the date of the 昀椀rst o昀昀ence.)
18.H
Subject to compliance with FA Rule C when a Club wishes to register a player who is already registered with another club it shall submit a transfer
no琀椀昀椀ca琀椀on to the Compe琀椀琀椀on via the FA WGS Player Registra琀椀on System.
Such transfer shall be referred by the Compe琀椀琀椀on to the club for which the player is registered. Should this club object to the transfer it should state its
objec琀椀ons in wri琀椀ng to the Compe琀椀琀椀on and to the player concerned within 3 days of receipt of the no琀椀昀椀ca琀椀on. Upon receipt of the club’s consent, or
upon its failure to give wri琀琀en objec琀椀on within 3 days, the Secretary may, on behalf of the Management Commi琀琀ee, transfer the player who shall be
deemed eligible to play for the new Club from such date or 3 days a昀琀er receipt of such transfer.
In the event of an objec琀椀on to a transfer the ma琀琀er shall be referred to the Management Commi琀琀ee for a decision.
18.I
A Player may not be registered for a Club nor transferred to another Club in the Compe琀椀琀椀on a昀琀er 31 March except by special permission of the
Management Commi琀琀ee
18.J
A club shall keep a list of the players it registers and a record of all matches in which those players have played for the club and shall produce those
records upon demand by the Management Commi琀琀ee. A register containing the names of all players registered for each Club, with the date of
registra琀椀on, shall be kept by the Secretary and shall be open to the inspec琀椀on of an O昀케cer of the Club at all Management Commi琀琀ee mee琀椀ngs or at
other 琀椀mes mutually arranged. Registra琀椀ons are valid for one Playing Season only.
18.K
A Player shall not be eligible to play for a Team in any special championship, promo琀椀on or relega琀椀on deciding Compe琀椀琀椀on Match (as speci昀椀ed in Rule
(22.A) unless the Player has played 5 Compe琀椀琀椀on Matches for that Team in the current Playing Season.
18.L.
A Team shall not include more than 3 Players who have taken part in 3 or more senior Compe琀椀琀椀on Matches during the current Playing Season unless a
period of 21 days has elapsed since they last played. 21 clear days is counted by excluding the day when the relevant Player last played and the day
when the Player intends to play again.
