A club can name a maximum of 3 Premier division players on a Championship team sheet unless a period of 21 days has elapsed since they last played.
A club can name a maximum of 3 Championship division players on a Division One team sheet unless a period of 21 days has elap sed since they last
played. A premier division player cannot be named on a Division One team sheet except by permission of the Management Commi琀琀ee.
A club can name a maximum of 5 premier division players on a Friday reserves team sheet unless a period of 21 days has elapsed since they last played.
Failure to comply with this Rule will result in a 昀椀ne in accordance with the Fines Tari昀昀.

1.
Subject to Rule 18.M.2 any Club found to have played an ineligible Player in a Compe琀椀琀椀on Match or Matches where points are awarded shall
have the points gained from that Compe琀椀琀椀on Match deducted from its record, up to a maximum of 12 points, and have levied upon it a 昀椀ne
(in accordance with the Fines Tari昀昀).

The Management Commi琀琀ee may vary the sanc琀椀on as relates to the deduc琀椀on of points set out at Rule 18.M.1 only in circumstances where
the ineligibility is due to the failure to obtain an Interna琀椀onal Transfer Cer琀椀昀椀cate or where the ineligibility is related to the Player’s status.

Where a Club is found to have played an ineligible Player in accordance with Rule 18.M.1 above, the Management Commi琀琀ee may also, at its
discre琀椀on order one or more of the following (if appropriate):
a)
Award the points available in the Compe琀椀琀椀on Match in ques琀椀on to the opponents, subject to the Compe琀椀琀椀on Match not being
ordered to be replayed; or
b)
Levy penalty points against the Club in default; or
c)
Order that such Compe琀椀琀椀on Match or Matches be replayed (on such terms as are decided by the Management Commi琀琀ee).
The following clause applies to Compe琀椀琀椀ons involving Players in full-琀椀me secondary educa琀椀on:
1.
Priority must be given at all 琀椀mes to ac琀椀vi琀椀es of schools and school organisa琀椀ons. Failure to comply with this Rule will result in a 昀椀ne in
accordance with the Fines Tari昀昀.
2.
The availability of children and young people must be cleared with the Head Teachers or Principals (except for Sunday leagues compe琀椀琀椀ons).
3.
To play open age football the player must have achieved the age of 16.

A Player who has played for a Team in the premier division 10 琀椀mes or more shall not in that Playing Season be eligible to play in a lower division except
by permission of the Management Commi琀琀ee.
18.P
If a Club wishes to cancel a Player’s registra琀椀on within the Compe琀椀琀椀on, it must make a request via The FA’s electronic player registra琀椀on system giving
the reasons for the request. The Compe琀椀琀椀on may either approve or decline the request.
19. CLUB COLOURS

Every team must register the colour and design of its shirts and shorts with the Secretary by 1st July and the Compe琀椀琀椀on Secretary shall decide as to
their suitability.
19.B
Any team wishing to change the colour(s) and/or design(s) of its shirt(s) and short(s) during the Playing Season must obtain permission from the
Compe琀椀琀椀on Secretary in advance of making that change.
19.C
Goalkeepers must wear colours which dis琀椀nguish them from all other Players and the Match O昀케cials.
19.D
Players, including the goalkeeper, shall be permi琀琀ed to wear black or very dark shirts but this is subject to the team concerned providing match o昀케cials
with alterna琀椀ve match o昀케cials shirts that are clearly dis琀椀nguishable in colour from those worn by themselves and their opponents.
19.E
Any Team not being able to play in its normal colours as registered with the Compe琀椀琀椀on shall no琀椀fy its opponents of the colours in which they will play
(including the colours of the goalkeepers jersey) at least 5 days before the Compe琀椀琀椀on Match.
19.F
If, in the opinion of the referee, two Teams have the same or similar colours, the away Team shall make the change. Should a Team delay the scheduled
琀椀me of kick o昀昀 for a Compe琀椀琀椀on Match by not having a change of colours they will be 昀椀ned in accordance with the Fines Tari昀昀.
19.G
Shirts must all be numbered and no two shirts shall have the same number, failing which a 昀椀ne will be levied in accordance with the Fines Tari昀昀
