In accordance with the Laws of the Game, the minimum number of Players which will cons=tute a Team for a Compe==on Match is 7. Failure
to comply with this Rule will result in a ûne in accordance with the Fines Tariû.
20.E
1. Home and away matches shall be played. In the event of a Club failing to keep its engagement the Management CommiMee shall decide whether it
should either:
a.
award the points from the Compe==on Match in ques=on to the Club9s opponent (without the awarding of goals)
b.
order the Compe==on Match to be rescheduled. The Management CommiMee shall also have the power to order the rescheduled
Compe==on Match to be played on a neutral ground or on the opponent Club9s Ground if they are sa=sûed that such ac=on is warranted by
the circumstances.
OR
In addi=on, the Management CommiMee may at its discre=on order one or more of the following (if appropriate):
a.
b.
c.
impose a ûne (in accordance with the Fines Tariû),
deduct points from the defaul=ng Club,
order the defaul=ng Club to pay any reasonable expenses incurred by the opponents.
2. Any Club with more than one Team in the Compe==on shall always fulûl its ûxture, within the Compe==on, in the following order of precedence:- First
Team(Premier), Second Team (Championship), Third Team (Division One)/(Reserves )

Any Club unable to fulfil a fixture or where a Competition Match has been postponed for any reason must, without delay, give notice to
the NFYL, secretary of the opposing Club and the Match Officials. Failure to comply with this Rule will result in a fine in accordance with the
Fines Tariff.

In the event of a Competition Match not being played or being abandoned owing to causes over which neither Club has control, it should be
played in its entirety on a date to be mutually agreed by the two Clubs and approved by the Management Committee. Failing such
agreement and notification to the Secretary within 7 days, the Management Committee shall have the power to order the Match to be
played on or before a given date. Where it is to the advantage of the Competition the Management Committee shall also be empowered to
order the score at the time of an abandonment to stand. Failure to comply with this Rule will result in a fine in accordance with the Fines
Tariff.

The Management Committee shall review all Competition Matches abandoned in cases where it is consequent upon the conduct of either or
both Teams. Where it is to the advantage of the Competition and does no injustice to either Club, the Management Committee shall
order the score at the time of the abandonment to stand. In all cases where the Management Committee are satisfied that a Match was
abandoned owing to the conduct of one Team or its Club member(s) they shall award the points for the Match to the opponent. In cases
where a Match has been abandoned owing to the conduct of both Teams or their Club member(s), the Management Committee shall rule that
neither Team will be awarded any points for that Match and it shall not be replayed. No fine(s) can be applied by the Management Committee
for an abandoned Match.
The Management CommiMee shall review any Match that has taken place where either or both Teams were under a suspension imposed upon them by
The FA or Aûliated Associa=on. In each case the Team that was under suspension would be dealt with in the same manner as if they had par=cipated
with ineligible players in accordance with Rule 18.M above. Where both Teams were under suspension the game must be declared null and void and
shall not be replayed.
20.F
A Club may at its discre=on and in accordance with the Laws of the Game use subs=tute Players in any Compe==on Match.
A team may use up to 5 from 5 subs=tute Players in a Compe==on Match
The referee [and a representa=ve of the opposing Club] shall be informed of the names of the Players taking part in the Match (including the
subs=tutes) not later than 30 minutes before the start of the Compe==on Match and a Player not so named may not take part in that Compe==on
Match. Clubs must use the NFYL oûcial team sheet/match report form and a copy must be given to the match oûcial and a representa=ve of the
opposing Club. The shirt number of each player including subs=tute players must be clearly stated on the team sheet. The team sheet should not be
altered ader sheets have been d unless a player is injured during the warm up ader the exchange of the team sheet. The referee and opposi=on should
then be no=ûed of any changes before the actual kick oû. Any club altering its team sheet ader team sheets have been exchanged where a player was
not injured in the warm period or other mi=ga=ng circumstances shall be liable to a ûne in accordance with the Fines Tariû.
A Player who has been named as a subs=tute before the start of the Compe==on Match but does not actually play in that game shall not be considered
to have been a Player in that Compe==on Match within the meaning of Rule 18 of this Compe==on.
REPEAT SUBSTITUTIONS (ROLL ON ROLL OFF) ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THIS COMPETITION

The half =me interval shall be of 10 minutes9 dura=on, but it shall not exceed 15 minutes. The half =me interval may only be altered with the consent of
the referee.
