GOVERNANCE RULES
2. COMPETITION NAME, CONSTITUTION
2.A
The Compe琀椀琀椀on will be known as The Na琀椀onal Football Youth League or NFYL. . The Clubs par琀椀cipa琀椀ng in the Compe琀椀琀椀on must be members of the
Compe琀椀琀椀on. A Club which ceases to exist or which ceases to be en琀椀tled to play in the Compe琀椀琀椀on for any reason whatsoever shall automa琀椀cally cease
to be a member of the Compe琀椀琀椀on.
2.B
This Compe琀椀琀椀on shall consist of not more than 200 clubs and is open to clubs with teams of a high standard that meet the entry criteria. Clubs may
enter more than one team and the number of teams will be approved annually by the Sanc琀椀oning Authority.
2.C
The geographical area covered by the Compe琀椀琀椀on membership shall be England and the compe琀椀琀椀on will be organized on a regional basis where
possible.
2.D
The administra琀椀on of the Compe琀椀琀椀on under these Rules will be carried out by the Compe琀椀琀椀on ac琀椀ng (save where otherwise speci昀椀cally men琀椀oned
herein) through the Management Commi琀琀ee in accordance with the rules, regula琀椀ons and policies of The FA.
2.E
All Clubs shall adhere to the Rules. Every Club shall be deemed, as a member of the Compe琀椀琀椀on to have accepted the Rules and to have agreed to abide
by the decisions of the Management Commi琀琀ee in rela琀椀on to them subject to the provisions of Rule 7.
