4. ENTRY FEE, SUBSCRIPTION, DEPOSIT
4.A
Applica琀椀ons by Clubs for admission to the Compe琀椀琀椀on or the entry of an addi琀椀onal Team(s) from the same Club must be made in wri琀椀ng to the Secretary
by 30th April and must be accompanied by an Entry Fee for each Team as set out in the Fees Tari昀昀, which shall be returned in the event of non-elec琀椀on.
Applica琀椀ons , of which due no琀椀ce has been given, will be received at the AGM or an SGM if con昀椀rmed by a majority of the accredited vo琀椀ng members
present.
When Rule 22.B is applied or a Team seeks a transfer or, is compulsorily transferred to another division, no Entry Fee shall be payable
4.B
The annual subscrip琀椀on shall be payable, in accordance with the Fees Tari昀昀 per team payable on or before 1 July in each year.
4.C
In the event of any issue concerning the membership of any Club with the Compe琀椀琀椀on the Management Commi琀琀ee may require a Deposit to be paid
(in accordance with the Fees Tari昀昀) by or on behalf of the Club on such terms and for such period as it may in its en琀椀re discre琀椀on think 昀椀t. Failure to
comply with this Rule will result in a 昀椀ne in accordance with the Fines Tari昀昀.
4.D
A Club shall not par琀椀cipate in this Compe琀椀琀椀on un琀椀l the entry fee, annual subscrip琀椀on and deposit (if required) have been paid.
4.E
Clubs must ensure that all its teams par琀椀cipa琀椀ng in the Compe琀椀琀椀on are recorded as a昀케liated on the Club Portal for the forthcoming Playing Season by
1 August. Clubs must advise the Compe琀椀琀椀on Secretary in a manner prescribed by the Sanc琀椀oning Authority, or on the prescribed form, of details of its
headquarters, its O昀케cers and any other informa琀椀on required by the Compe琀椀琀椀on. Failure to comply with this Rule will result in a 昀椀ne in accordance
with the Fines Tari昀昀.
5. MANAGEMENT, NOMINATION, ELECTION
5.A
The Management Commi琀琀ee shall comprise the O昀케cers of the Compe琀椀琀椀on and 6 member clubs who shall all be elected at the AGM.
5.B
Re琀椀ring O昀케cers shall be eligible to become candidates for re-elec琀椀on without nomina琀椀on provided that the O昀케cer no琀椀昀椀es the Secretary in wri琀椀ng not
later than 31st May in each year. All other candidates for elec琀椀on as O昀케cers of the Compe琀椀琀椀on or members of the Management Commi琀琀ee shall be
nominated to the Secretary in wri琀椀ng, signed by the secretaries of two Clubs, not later than 31 st May in each year. Names of the candidates for
elec琀椀on shall be circulated with the no琀椀ce of the AGM. In the event of there being no nomina琀椀on for any o昀케ce by the date stated in the earlier part of
this Rule , nomina琀椀ons may be received at the AGM.
5.C
The Management Commi琀琀ee shall meet as and when required, save that no more than three calendar months shall pass between each mee琀椀ng.
On receiving a requisi琀椀on signed by two-thirds (2/3) of the members of the Management Commi琀琀ee the Secretary shall convene a mee琀椀ng of the
Management Commi琀琀ee.
5.D
Except where otherwise men琀椀oned all communica琀椀ons shall be in wri琀椀ng and addressed to the Secretary who shall conduct the correspondence of the
Compe琀椀琀椀on and keep a record of its proceedings.
5.E
All communica琀椀ons received from Clubs must be conducted through their O昀케cers and sent to the Secretary. Failure to comply with this Rule will result
in a 昀椀ne in accordance with the Fines Tari昀昀.
6. POWERS OF MANAGEMENT
6.A
The Management Commi琀琀ee may appoint sub-commi琀琀ees and delegate such of their powers as they deem necessary. The decisions of all
subcommi琀琀ees shall be reported to the Management Commi琀琀ee for ra琀椀昀椀ca琀椀on. The Management Commi琀琀ee shall have power to deal only with
ma琀琀ers within the Compe琀椀琀椀on and not for any ma琀琀ers of misconduct that are under the jurisdic琀椀on of The FA or A昀케liated Associa琀椀on.
6.B
Subject to the permission of the Sanc琀椀oning Authority having been obtained, the Management Commi琀琀ee may order a match or matches to be played
each Season, the proceeds to be devoted to the funds of the Compe琀椀琀椀on and, if necessary, may call on each Club to contribute equally such sums as
may be necessary to meet any de昀椀ciency at the end of the Season.
6.C
Each member of the Management Commi琀琀ee shall have the right to a琀琀end and vote at all Management Commi琀琀ee mee琀椀ngs and have one vote at all
such mee琀椀ngs but no member shall be allowed to vote on any ma琀琀ers directly rela琀椀ng to that member or to the Club so represented or where there
may be a con昀氀ict of interest. (This shall also apply to the procedure of any sub-commi琀琀ee)
6.D
In the event of the vo琀椀ng being equal on any ma琀琀er, the Chair shall have a second or cas琀椀ng vote.
