11.B
The Management Commi琀琀ee shall have the discre琀椀on to deal with a Team being unable to start or complete its 昀椀xtures for a Playing Season, including, but
not limited to, issuing a 昀椀ne in accordance with the Fines Tari昀昀.
11.C
Notwithstanding the powers of the Management Commi琀琀ee pursuant to Rule 6.I, in the event of a Club failing to discharge all its 昀椀nancial obliga琀椀ons to
the Compe琀椀琀椀on in excess of £50, the Management Commi琀琀ee shall be empowered to refer the debt under The FA Football Debt Recovery provisions.
12. EXCLUSION OF CLUBS, TEAMS. MISCONDUCT OF CLUBS, OFFICERS, PLAYERS, MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE
12.A
At the AGM or SGM called for the purpose in accordance with the provisions of Rule 9, no琀椀ce of mo琀椀on having been duly circulated on the agenda by
direc琀椀on of the Management Commi琀琀ee, the accredited delegates present shall have the power to:
(1) remove a member of the Management Commi琀琀ee from o昀케ce; (2) exclude any Club or Team from membership. both of which, must be supported by
more than two thirds (2/3) of those present and vo琀椀ng. Vo琀椀ng on this point shall be conducted by ballot. A member of the Management Commi琀琀ee or
Club which is the subject of the vote being taken shall be excluded from vo琀椀ng.
12.B
At the AGM, or at an SGM called for the purpose in accordance with the provisions of Rule 9, the accredited delegates present shall have the power to
exclude from further par琀椀cipa琀椀on in the Compe琀椀琀椀on any Club whose conduct has, in their opinion, been undesirable, provided this is supported by more
than two-thirds (2/3) of those present and vo琀椀ng. Vo琀椀ng on this point shall be conducted by ballot. A Club whose conduct is the subject of the vote being
taken shall be excluded from vo琀椀ng.
12.C
Any O昀케cer or member of a Club found guilty of either a breach of Rule, other than 昀椀eld o昀昀ences, or of inducing or a琀琀emp琀椀ng to induce a Player or
Players of another Club in the Compe琀椀琀椀on to join them shall be liable to such penalty as a General Mee琀椀ng or Management Commi琀琀ee may decide, and
their Club shall also be liable to expulsion in accordance with the provisions of 12.A and/or 12.B of this Rule.
