20.B
Except by permission of the Management Commi琀琀ee all Compe琀椀琀椀on Matches must be played on the dates originally agreed but priority shall be given
to The FA and parent County Associa琀椀on Cup Compe琀椀琀椀ons. All other matches must be considered secondary. Clubs may mutually agree to bring
forward a Compe琀椀琀椀on match with the consent of the Compe琀椀琀椀on. Failure to comply with this Rule will result in a 昀椀ne in accordance with the Fines
Tari昀昀.
In the case of a revised 昀椀xture date, the Clubs must be given by the Compe琀椀琀椀on 5 clear days’ no琀椀ce of the match (unless otherwise mutually agreed).
Note: postponements of fixtures, particularly those governed by Rule 20(B), can only be granted to clubs that are also affiliated with the same name
in the National Football Youth League
20.C
An O昀케cer of the home Club must give no琀椀ce of full par琀椀culars of the loca琀椀on of, and access to, the Ground, 琀椀me of kick-o昀昀 and kit colours (including
goalkeeper) to the Match O昀케cials and an O昀케cer of the opposing Club at least 5 clear days prior to the playing of the Compe琀椀琀椀on Match. The opposing
Club must con昀椀rm receipt and give no琀椀ce of its kit colours (including goalkeeper) at least 4 days prior to the playing of the Compe琀椀琀椀on Match. If either
is not provided, the relevant Club shall seek such details and report the circumstances to the Compe琀椀琀椀on. Failure to comply with this Rule will result in
a 昀椀ne in accordance with the Fines Tari昀昀.
20.D
In accordance with the Laws of the Game, the minimum number of Players which will cons琀椀tute a Team for a Compe琀椀琀椀on Match is 7. Failure
to comply with this Rule will result in a 昀椀ne in accordance with the Fines Tari昀昀.
20.E
1. Home and away matches shall be played. In the event of a Club failing to keep its engagement the Management Commi琀琀ee shall decide whether it
should either:

a.
award the points from the Compe琀椀琀椀on Match in ques琀椀on to the Club’s opponent (without the awarding of goals)
b.
order the Compe琀椀琀椀on Match to be rescheduled. The Management Commi琀琀ee shall also have the power to order the rescheduled
Compe琀椀琀椀on Match to be played on a neutral ground or on the opponent Club’s Ground if they are sa琀椀s昀椀ed that such ac琀椀on is warranted by
the circumstances.
In addi琀椀on, the Management Commi琀琀ee may at its discre琀椀on order one or more of the following (if appropriate):

impose a 昀椀ne (in accordance with the Fines Tari昀昀),
deduct points from the defaul琀椀ng Club,
order the defaul琀椀ng Club to pay any reasonable expenses incurred by the opponents.
2. Any Club with more than one Team in the Compe琀椀琀椀on shall always ful昀椀l its 昀椀xture, within the Compe琀椀琀椀on, in the following order of precedence:- First
Team(Premier), Second Team (Championship), Third Team (Division One)/(Reserves )

Any Club unable to ful昀椀l a 昀椀xture or where a Compe琀椀琀椀on Match has been postponed for any reason must, without delay, give no琀椀ce to
the NFYL, secretary of the opposing Club and the Match O昀케cials. Failure to comply with this Rule will result in a 昀椀ne in accordance with the
Fines Tari昀昀.

In the event of a Compe琀椀琀椀on Match not being played or being abandoned owing to causes over which neither Club has control, it should be
played in its en琀椀rety on a date to be mutually agreed by the two Clubs and approved by the Management Committee. Failing such
agreement and no琀椀昀椀ca琀椀on to the Secretary within 7 days, the Management Commi琀琀ee shall have the power to order the Match to be
played on or before a given date. Where it is to the advantage of the Compe琀椀琀椀on the Management Commi琀琀ee shall also be empowered to
order the score at the 琀椀me of an abandonment to stand. Providing gate money is taken and retained the visi琀椀ng Club shall receive their
actual standard class rail or bus fares or the equivalent for 20 persons, or car allowance at .45 p per mile for transpor琀椀ng 20 persons, or hire
charge of a coach (receipt to be submi琀琀ed). The residue (if any) to be equally divided between the two Clubs a昀琀er deduc琀椀ng the cost of
adver琀椀sing, prin琀椀ng, pos琀椀ng, police and Match O昀케cials charges. The home Club shall take the whole of the proceeds of the second
Compe琀椀琀椀on Match. Failure to comply with this Rule will result in a 昀椀ne in accordance with the Fines Tari昀昀.
5.
The Management Commi琀琀ee shall review all Compe琀椀琀椀on Matches abandoned in cases where it is consequent upon the conduct of either
or both Teams. Where it is to the advantage of the Compe琀椀琀椀on and does no injus琀椀ce to either Club, the Management Commi琀琀ee shall
order the score at the 琀椀me of the abandonment to stand. In all cases where the Management Commi琀琀ee are sa琀椀s昀椀ed that a Match was
abandoned owing to the conduct of one Team or its Club member(s) they shall award the points for the Match to the opponent. In cases
where a Match has been abandoned owing to the conduct of both Teams or their Club member(s), the Management Commi琀琀ee shall rule
that neither Team will be awarded any points for that Match and it shall not be replayed. No 昀椀ne(s) can be applied by the Management
Commi琀琀ee for an abandoned Match.
6.
Where a Compe琀椀琀椀on Match has been abandoned for any reason both Clubs must, within 24 hours, give no琀椀ce to the Compe琀椀琀椀on Secretary.
Failure to comply with this Rule will result in a 昀椀ne in accordance with the Fines Tari昀昀
The Management Commi琀琀ee shall review any Match that has taken place where either or both Teams were under a suspension imposed upon them by
The FA or A昀케liated Associa琀椀on. In each case the Team that was under suspension would be dealt with in the same manner as if they had par琀椀cipated
with ineligible players in accordance with Rule 18.M above. Where both Teams were under suspension the game must be declared null and void and
shall not be replayed.
