A Club may at its discre琀椀on and in accordance with the Laws of the Game use subs琀椀tute Players in any Compe琀椀琀椀on Match.
A Club may name up to 5 subs琀椀tute players of whom not more than 5 may be used.
REPEAT SUBSTITUTIONS (ROLL ON ROLL OFF) ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THIS COMPETITION
The referee [and a representa琀椀ve of the opposing Club] shall be informed of the names of the Players taking part in the Match (including the
subs琀椀tutes) not later than 30 minutes before the start of the Compe琀椀琀椀on Match and a Player not so named may not take part in that Compe琀椀琀椀on
Match. Clubs must use the NFYL o昀케cial team sheet/match report form and a copy must be given to the match o昀케cial and a representa琀椀ve of the
opposing Club. The shirt number of each player including subs琀椀tute players must be clearly stated on the team sheet. The team sheet should not be
altered a昀琀er sheets have been d unless a player is injured during the warm up a昀琀er the exchange of the team sheet. The referee and opposi琀椀on should
then be no琀椀昀椀ed of any changes before the actual kick o昀昀. Any club altering its team sheet a昀琀er team sheets have been exchanged where a player was
not injured in the warm period or other mi琀椀ga琀椀ng circumstances shall be liable to a 昀椀ne in accordance with the Fines Tari昀昀.
A Player who has been named as a subs琀椀tute before the start of the Compe琀椀琀椀on Match but does not actually play in that game shall not be considered
to have been a Player in that Compe琀椀琀椀on Match within the meaning of Rule 18 of this Compe琀椀琀椀on.
20.G
The half 琀椀me interval shall be of 10 minutes’ dura琀椀on, but it shall not exceed 15 minutes. The half 琀椀me interval may only be altered with the consent of
the referee.
20.H
The Teams taking part in a Compe琀椀琀椀on Match shall iden琀椀fy a Team captain who shall wear an armband and shall have a responsibility to o昀昀er support
in the management of the on-昀椀eld discipline of their teammates. Failure to comply with this Rule will result in a 昀椀ne in accordance with the Fines Tari昀昀.

Where a suspension imposed in rela琀椀on to a Football Debt (as de昀椀ned under the Football Debt Recovery Regula琀椀ons) upon a Club by The FA or
A昀케liated Associa琀椀on is not li昀琀ed, and/or the Club does not provide con昀椀rma琀椀on from The FA or A昀케liated Associa琀椀on that such suspension is li昀琀ed to
the Compe琀椀琀椀on Secretary by 12 Noon, 1 day before a 昀椀xture, that 昀椀xture will be treated as an unful昀椀lled 昀椀xture and dealt with in accordance with Rule
20(E).

The minimum medical requirements for match day are as follows:
Home Club: the home team will have at least one medical member of sta昀昀 with
a degree in, or working towards: BSc Physiotherapy, BSc Sports Therapy, BSc Sports
Rehabilita琀椀on or similar medical/healthcare/sports related degree. If
