21.B
The Compe琀椀琀椀on must receive by 5pm the next working day of the date played, the match report of each
Compe琀椀琀椀on match containing the following informa琀椀on &.star琀椀ng 11, subs琀椀tutes used with 琀椀mes and subs琀椀tutes unused, goals with scorers/琀椀mes,
captain, own player of the match, opposi琀椀on player of the match, red/yellow cards and the team and referee markings required by Rule 23. Failure to
comply with this Rule will result in a 昀椀ne in accordance with the Fines Tari昀昀.
22. DETERMINING CHAMPIONSHIP
22.A
Team rankings within the Compe琀椀琀椀on will be decided by points with three points to be awarded for a win and one point for a drawn Compe琀椀琀椀on
Match. The Teams gaining the highest number of points in their respec琀椀ve divisions at the end of the Playing Season shall be adjudged the winners.
Compe琀椀琀椀on Matches must not be played for double points.
In the event of two or more Teams being equal on points at the end of the Playing Season, rankings shall be determined by goa l di昀昀erence (where the
goals scored against each Team shall be deducted from the goals scored by that Team and the Team with the m ost favourable goal di昀昀erence shall be
placed highest).
In the event of two or more Teams s琀椀ll being equal, the Team which has scored the most goals during the Playing Season shall be placed highest.
In the event of two or more Teams s琀椀ll being equal, the Team that has won the most matches during the Playing Season shall be placed highest.
In the event of two or more Teams s琀椀ll being equal, the Team which has the be琀琀er playing record against the other Team in their head to head Compe琀椀琀椀on
Matches during the Playing Season will be placed highest.
If the records of two or more Teams are s琀椀ll equal and it is necessary for any reason to determine the posi琀椀on of each then the Teams a昀昀ected shall play
a deciding match or matches under condi琀椀ons as determined by the Management Commi琀琀ee.
22.B
Automa琀椀c promo琀椀on shall be applied for the 昀椀rst Team in each championship and automa琀椀c relega琀椀on shall be applied for the last 2 Teams in the South
Premier and last team in the North East Premier and North West Premier except as provided for below subject to the provisions of Rule 2.L.

Should one or more Teams withdraw from any one division a昀琀er the Playing Season has commenced an equal number of Teams to those
withdrawing in that division shall not be automa琀椀cally relegated.
2.
Vacancies occurring a昀琀er the conclusion of the Playing Season may be 昀椀lled in any of the following ways:
a. reten琀椀on of otherwise relegated Team(s); or
b. addi琀椀onal promo琀椀on of the next ranked Team(s) from the division below; or
c. elec琀椀on.
3. The last [ ] Teams in the lowest division shall re琀椀re, but be eligible for re-elec琀椀on except as below, and be subject to the condi琀椀ons of
Rule22.B.1 above. N/A
4. Save for where Rule 2(M) applies, Wwhen a senior Team is relegated to a lower division of which its the reserve (or other less senior)
Team of the same Club is a member, or entitled to be a member, such reserve (or other less senior) Team must accept relegation to, or
retain its position in, the next lower division. and Should the senior Team be relegated to the lowest division, its the reserve (or other less
senior) Team of the same Club automatically retires from the Competition. N/A
5. Should either or both of the leading Teams in any of the divisions have its senior Team in the next higher division, promo琀椀on shall fall, at
the discre琀椀on of the General Mee琀椀ng, to the next highest Team or Teams in the division concerned. Should a club not wish to take promo琀椀on
the number of clubs to be relegated will be reduced.
22 C
In addi琀椀on to the Team(s) automa琀椀cally promoted under Rule 22.B, a maximum of one further Team shall be promoted by virtue of being the winner of a
play-o昀昀 match or series of matches (the “Play-O昀昀s). The eligibility criteria and format of the Play-O昀昀s are as follows [ ].N/A
22.D
In the event of a Team withdrawing from the Compe琀椀琀椀on before comple琀椀ng 75% of its 昀椀xtures for the Playing Season all points obtained by or recorded
against such defaul琀椀ng Team shall be expunged from the Compe琀椀琀椀on table. For the purposes of this Rule 22.D a completed 昀椀xture shall include any
Compe琀椀琀椀on Match(es) which has been awarded by the Management Commi琀琀ee.
23. MATCH OFFICIALS
23.A
There must be three o昀케cials at every game, and it is the responsibility of the home team to appoint the o昀케cials. If regular o昀케cials are used, then a
rota琀椀on system must be used. O昀케cials must be registered with their County FA. The Referee must be a minimum Level 5 and Assistant Referees
minimum Level 7.
