23.B
1..In the event of the non-appearance of the appointed referee the appointed senior assistant referee shall take charge and a subs琀椀tute assistant
referee appointed by the compe琀椀ng Teams.
2. In cases where there are no o昀케cially appointed Match O昀케cials in a琀琀endance, the Clubs shall agree upon a referee. An individual thus agreed upon
shall, for that Compe琀椀琀椀on Match, have the full powers, status and authority of a registered referee. Individuals under the age of 16 must not par琀椀cipate
either as a referee or assistant referee in any Compe琀椀琀椀on Match. Sta昀昀 members from a compe琀椀ng team, students associated with a compe琀椀ng team or
individuals under the age of 16 must not par琀椀cipate either as a Referee or Assistant Referee in this compe琀椀琀椀on. Failure to comply with this Rule will
result in a 昀椀ne in accordance with the Fines Tari昀昀.
23C

with this Rule will result in a 昀椀ne in accordance with the Fines Tari昀昀.
23.D
The appointed referee shall have power to decide as to the 昀椀tness of the Ground in all Compe琀椀琀椀on Matches and that decision shall be 昀椀nal, subject to
the determina琀椀on of the Local Authority or the owners of a Ground, which must be accepted.
23.E
Subject to any limits/provisions laid down by the Sanc琀椀oning Authority, Match O昀케cials appointed under this Rule shall be paid a match fee in accordance
with the Fees Tari昀昀
Match o昀케cial’s payment set at a minimum of:
Referee £32
Assistant Referee: £25 (this includes travel costs)
Match O昀케cials will be paid their fees and/or expenses by the home Club immediately a昀琀er the Compe琀椀琀椀on Match.
Failure to comply with this Rule will result in a 昀椀ne in accordance with the Fines Tari昀昀.
23.F
In the event of a Compe琀椀琀椀on Match not being played because of circumstances over which the Clubs have no control, the Match O昀케cials, if present,
shall be en琀椀tled to full fee. Where a Compe琀椀琀椀on Match is not played owing to one Club being in default, that Club shall be ordered to pay the Match
O昀케cials, if they a琀琀end the Ground, their full fee and expenses.
Failure to comply with this Rule will result in a 昀椀ne in accordance with the Fines Tari昀昀.
23.G
A referee not keeping their engagement, and failing to give a sa琀椀sfactory explana琀椀on as to their non-appearance, may be reported to the A昀케liated
Associa琀椀on with which he or she is registered.
23.H
Each Club shall, in a manner prescribed from 琀椀me to 琀椀me by The FA, award marks to the referee for each Compe琀椀琀椀on Match and the name of the
referee and the marks awarded shall be submi琀琀ed to the Compe琀椀琀椀on on the prescribed form provided. Clubs failing to comply with this Rule shall be
liable to be 昀椀ned (in accordance with the Fines Tari昀昀) or dealt with as the Management Commi琀琀ee shall determine.
23.I
The Compe琀椀琀椀on shall keep a record of the markings and, on the form provided by the prescribed date each Season, shall submit a summary to the
Sanc琀椀oning Authority.
23.J
The referee shall submit an online report form, supplied by the Compe琀椀琀椀on, giving the required details of the match to the (Registra琀椀on) Secretary
within two days of the Compe琀椀琀椀on Match. Failure to comply with this Rule will result in a 昀椀ne in accordance with the Fines Tari昀昀.
23.K
Match O昀케cials shall be supplied, each season, with a copy of the Compe琀椀琀椀on Rules free of charge.
23.L
Match O昀케cials shall comply with the provisions of any ini琀椀a琀椀ves of The FA and/or Sanc琀椀oning Authority adopted by the Compe琀椀琀椀on
CUP COMPETITIONS
The en琀椀re management and control of the Compe琀椀琀椀ons shall be vested in the Board, who shall have the power to deal with any ma琀琀er for which no
speci昀椀c provision is made.
Any other ma琀琀er not provided for in these Rules shall be determined by the Board.
The Board may divide the compe琀椀ng Clubs into convenient geographical divisions up to the Final.
The matches shall be arranged by the Fixture Secretary.
Clubs shall be drawn in couples, The 昀椀rst team to receive a bye will be the winners of the compe琀椀琀椀on from the previous season, the second team to
receive a bye will be the runners-up of the compe琀椀琀椀on from the previous season.
The Compe琀椀琀椀ons shall observe the Rules, Regula琀椀ons and Bye-Laws of the Football Associa琀椀on, and all matches shall be played according to the Laws of
the Game, as se琀琀led by the interna琀椀onal Football Associa琀椀on Board.
